Tancredi Mangano

Tancredi Mangano was born in Lisieux (France) in 1969. From 1988 to 1992 he attended a course in painting techniques at the School of Art of the Castello Sforzesco in Milan, specialising in engraving. In 1992 he graduated in photography from the CFP Riccardo Bauer Ex-Umanitaria. In this time, he worked also as assistant of Antonia Mulas.
From 2004 to 2009, he was artistic director at the Milan Photography Gallery Bel Vedere.

In 2009, he met the Austrian sculptor Rudi Wach, with whom he collaborates as a photographer on the creation of several publications. His work and acquaintance with Wach will lead him to begin making his first sculptures in 2012.

Since 2010 he collaborates with the Galleria Grossetti Arte. Since 2014 he has been collaborating, together with Daniele De Lonti, on the realization of exhibition projects at The Lone T Art Space Gallery.
Since 2019 he is represented also by Opus in Artem and has participated at the first edition of the Festival Arte Kunst Val Taro 2021.

He currently lives and works in Milan and Vigevano.
